Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide! As part of our commitment to sustainability, we ship directly from our manufacturing hub to reduce unnecessary air miles.

Processing Time: 1-3 business days before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times:
🚚 Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
🐢 No Rush Shipping: 8-16 business days

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation via email.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address before checkout. We do not replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend opening a claim with the courier.
  • Refunds & Delivered Orders: Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier are not eligible for refunds. If you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office.
  • Returns Shipping Cost: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If we provide a return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
✔ The item is unused and in its original packaging.
✔ There are no visible signs of damage.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Intimate items (e.g., undergarments)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final sale and non-refundable.

Return Process:
To start a return or exchange, email us at info@montvale-shop.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Items purchased at 50% or more discount are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 2-3 business days to process, depending on your bank.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours at info@montvale-shop.com with photos of the issue. Claims beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.
